The city has new leaders...
Ebony had watched it all from the cliff above. Lex and Bray lay under the crashed buggy and the rest of the Mall Rats had been carted off back to the city by the Chosen. Luke and a few other Chosen had remained to check Lex and Bray's bodies, they give they final verdict, they are both dead.
Back at the mall, The Guardian, Trudy, and the rest of the Chosen assert their new power over the Mall Rats and the city. Those who obey will earn the right to join the Chosen, but those who transgress, will be severely punished. Until the Mall Rats see the light, they will work as slaves and be treated as such, with no food.
Back on the beach, Ebony rushes to Lex and Bray's aid. Bray has a pulse and Lex is as much of a scoundrel as ever.
The Mall Rats and the Chosen hear the news of Bray and Lex's demise. This disturbs Trudy, she demands that Bray's body must be retrieved; he has the blood of Zoot after all.
Luke returns to the bodies on the beach with the same men as before. Lex and Bray's bodies are gone. Luke returns to the mall to give the Guardian the news. The Guardian assures the Supreme Mother that they can't have gotten far...
Lex and Ebony take a still unconscious Bray into the woods to hide. Lex runs off to see what's going on back in the city.
Ryan and Salene have been captured and are being held in the mall. The Mall Rats learn that all the Tribe Leaders are being killed, including Danni. No one's set eyes on her since the beach.
Lex, Ebony, and Bray are hiding out in the woods with the Chosen on their tails. Ebony and Lex decide to create a diversion to draw the Chosen away from the injured Bray, who is in no condition to do any running. All the while, a strange young man is watching them...
When Lex and Ebony return from their wild goose chase, they find that Bray is gone...
The Chosen have control of the city, Bray is gone, and the Mall Rats are leaderless and imprisoned. What will happen? It remains to be seen but all will be revealed as Season 3 continues...
