So what'd you think of last Friday's show?

Episode #127
Episode #23 of Season 3

Bray, Lex, Ebony, and a few Gaians hi-jack a wagon with a cunningly fashioned Chosen scarecrow. That was creative boys and girls, but the really sad part is that the Chosen fell for it. The Chosen guards high-tail it into the woods, never to be seen again. And these guys took over the whole city.

Alice questions Tai-san/Slut girl about her meetings with the Guardian. Tai-san gets a little tetchy with her and bites her head off. She apologizes and explains that something unexpected happened that she's not ready to talk about yet. OK then.

The redheaded, two-faced, no-necked, monsters (Tally and Andy) devise new and creative ways to con people. Isn't this why we have KC around?

Lex comments that the Chosen guards fought like kids, Bray reminds him that they are kids. Oh yeah... Ebony interrupts their little conversation by commenting that they have gotten some pregnant girls along with their new ride.

Luke and The Guardian discuss the menace that is the rebels. Luke suggests that The Guardian does something about it, but The Guardian shirks this duty (more like has a little hissy fit) claiming that it is Luke's job, and he has something more important to reveal to him. Zoot has revealed to him the name of the new Supreme Mother, yea, that's right, Tai-san. Luke feels that a non-believer should not hold such an important position. The kind Guardian pities Luke's lack of insight. Poor baby.

Pride, who looks SO good in this scene, has an extremely sexual-tension-filled discussion about tai chi and the teachings of Chang Feng with Supreme Mother Elect Tai-san. He advises her that, in a fight, she should never involve herself with the enemy. She's following that teaching real well ain't she?

While the Rebels discuss the possibilities of keeping the girls, they find an ad for a Chosen propaganda puppet show. One of the girls named Leila tells them that they are a very important part of the show. They are modeled as "evil rebels" who set out to murder the "Wonderchild" Brady. Sounds interesting, eh Lex?

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, KC convinces Tally she's so sweet she needs a sugar daddy to look out for her. Tally's smarter than she looks, and our best intuition indicates, she demands a percentage from the o-so-sly Sugar Daddy.

Ned's too much of an asshole to get his own water. He makes a snide remark to May about chatting with Pride instead of potty-training the Divine Child, perhaps she and he are spies? After she rebuffs him, he decides to go after Pride, commanding him to be his water bearer. With a show of passivity, Pride takes the jug and walks off. Alice jumps on him about throwing his weight around. May is very critical of Pride's obedience; Alice says that perhaps he's just weak. May doesn't think Pride's weak. He's all big and muscley and pretty and stuff. Yummy.

Lex talks about how much fun and rewarding it is to be a rebel. It's also a great conversation starter. He asks Leila why The Guardian is so interested in she and her friends? She tells him that the Guardian is rounding them up because they're pregnant. Lex is disgusted that her leader/boyfriend let her go. He would NEVER let that happen to her. Jesus Lex, you're married.

Luke barges in on Ellie pushing The Tribe CD, singing, "This is the Place". He tells her that Tai-san CANNOT be the Supreme Mother. Why is she working against him?! After Ellie points out what all of us realized was a stupid question, Luke and she discuss the whole Tai-san ordeal. She says she doesn't know anything about it. He says OK, but she needs to talk Tai-san out of it, the Guardian is already almost gone. Ellie's ears perk up at this bit of info.

A very decorated Chosen clown guy performs the saga of "The Wonderchild". This fun-filled experience incorporates the evil rebels, Trudy the Imposter, the Heroic Guardian, and the Wonderchild Brady who is going to save and redeem us all. What a waste of two bucks (or tins of beans if you prefer).

Pride wants May to contact Bray again. Ned creeps up on them again. What's with all the whispering? Perhaps Luke might like to hear about it. Alice gets on him again and Ned uses Pride as his little servant boy again. It seems Ned just HAS to have a comic from his room. May is still disgusted.

The Rebels jump the Puppeteers and their little cart. It's time the true story is told. Rock on guys.

Ellie and Alice argue over Tai-san becoming the Supreme Mother. Ellie thinks she'll get converted. Alice disagrees. Ellie storms off, but Tai-san tells Alice that she agrees with her, she still has no idea what she getting into. Does anyone else think that this is a REAL BAD IDEA?

Tally and Andy are able to out-scam KC, well done there. He admits he lost; they're good and he wants them to keep working for him. They'll do it, but he only gets 5%.

Lex goes on as the stage, lineless and unprepared. He makes the Guardian stink and himself invincible. Classic cocky Lex, and don't we all love it!

Lex, Bray and Ebony put on their own little puppet show and tell their side of the story. They make the Guardian look bad and Lex makes himself look invincible.

Tai-san finally comes to a decision. She goes to The Guardian and accepts the role of Supreme Mother. Not good, definitely not good...
